Police have revealed that an overseas bettor who was intoxicated was the person behind the death threats directed at Houston Astros pitcher Lance McCullers Jr. and his family. The Houston Police Department have not publicly identified the individual, or their location, with no charged being filed as of Monday in the case. A spokesperson for the police department stated a man admitted to gambling on an Astros game and lost money in a contest McCullers pitched.
