The BET Awards saw a string of famous faces from different generations gather for a night to honor top stars in entertainment and culture. The annual American award show, established by the Black Entertainment Television network in 2001, celebrates black entertainers and other minorities in music, film, sports and philanthropy. Hosted by Empire star Taraji P. Henson for the third year running, the 2024 BET Awards took place on Sunday (June 30) at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles.
