John Higgins is into the Welsh Open semi-final after a powerful 5-2 win over Mark Allen and is now simply two wins away from extending his own report variety of titles within the event.
The 48-year-old seemed really good as he knocked in breaks of 131, 85, 76 and 62 in a dominant win over the Pistol to set up a semi-final clash with both Gary Wilson or Anthony McGill.
